Curry 

After Christmas, New Year and going away, it was about time that we made a proper meal again! 

We opted for a chicken curry from Madhur Jaffrey’s curry bible and it was delicious! 


The recipe originates from Pakistan and is traditionally cooked in a kadhai.


The recipe requires a lidded one so we didn’t use a kadhai, and just used a large non-stick, lidded pan instead. 

Here is the finished result and as always, there are a few things we’d change slightly to suit our personal tastes but overall, it was totally gorgeous and if you have the curry bible, we’d certainly recommend you give it a go! There are also some variations of it on the internet if you don’t have the book.
