2018 has arrived and we just want to wish everybody all the best for the year ahead and to send you all big virtual hugs. We love you all and thank you for reading about our adventures 😀
We spent our New Years Eve at Hoan Kiem Lake which was packed to the brim and had at least 5 concerts going on around it. The buzz was just fantastic but being up at 5:30am on New Years Day for a flight to Hong Kong meant we had to quickly leg it back to the hotel (avoiding all the scooters for one last time) after the countdown to get at least a tiny bit of shut eye.
Of course we’re shattered today and I’ve managed to spill coffee everywhere at the airport but we’re still smiling and very excited about our next stop. Also, our hotel didn’t let us down this morning by packing us a huge breakfast to take with us. Haha!
Farewell, Vietnam. You have made this past month extremely special and highly entertaining for us! We love you!
