So now it’s 2017, we can finally say, “We’re getting married THIS YEAR!!!” Majorly excited and on top of that, we’re starting the year as we mean to go on – with travel!
Currently on our way to Dublin for a few days and the day has started well. Parking the car at the airport was pretty hassle free and we managed to fit in a costa before we had to board. Shame about the extremely grumpy lady on security though who shouted at 2 people because they were running late for their flight. I’m sure they didn’t maliciously plan to be running late but at least you managed to take your frustration out on 2 innocent people who looked as flustered as I feel when I have to go down an escalator. Happy 2017 to you! Also a shame on the poor bloke who clearly started 2017 with a bang and proceeded to be sick on the flight. Best start to the new year ever, haha!
Anyway, about to land shortly and I’m extremely happy because I’m listening to a 60s playlist AND I’ve just beat my personal best on spider solitaire. Go me!!!
Will post something of more interest when we’ve settled into Dublin life and drank our first pint of Guinness.
